We are an organization whose purpose is to encourage the development of character and leadership in men and women, helping them break through their limitations and preparing them to serve in their calling with the gifts and talents God has given them.
If we could use a few words that capture CRESER’s vision and mission, they would be these: training, restoration, teaching, service, excellence and resources.
to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

Vision
To spread the eternal values and principles that help train and form leadership of excellence, promoting its integration and development, and challenging Hispanic people throughout the world to have a powerful and transforming encounter with God.
Strategy
Spreading training and specialized material that provide tools to unlock the full potential of every believer, focusing on and carrying out what matters most. Forming and developing Christian leaders holds a prominent place in our methodology.
